With the 4th Corona wave, the already proven support measures against the COVID-19 pandemic will be used again or extended.

Downtime bonus

The downtime bonus III is the second extension of the downtime bonus and can be applied for the calendar months November 2021, December 2021, January 2022, February 2022 and/or March 2022.

In the event of a drop in turnover of at least 30% in November and December 2021 compared to the identical month of 2019 and 40% for the months of January to March 2022 compared to the corresponding calendar month from the calendar year 2020 (for March: 2019), this results in a replacement rate of 10% to 40% depending on the cost structure of the industry.

For the downtime bonus III, the maximum payout amount is EUR 80.000/calendar month.
